💳 Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Refunds

We currently do not offer cash refunds once an order has been confirmed, except in cases of:
• Defective or incorrect item received
• Item damaged during delivery

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after product verification.

  1. Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 3 days of delivery, provided:
• The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
• Tags and labels are intact
• Customer bears return courier charges unless the product was faulty or incorrect

To initiate an exchange:
1. Email or WhatsApp your order number and reason.
2. Our support team will confirm eligibility.
3. Send the parcel to our address provided in the confirmation.
